Shipping Carriers
NTVES, ships USPS First Class, and Priority plus UPS Ground. NO Express shipping method is currently available.
Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. Orders with custom sizing typically ship in 7-9 business days. Usually we do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON JEWELRY
Jewelry is typically shipped with USPS First Class Mail: delivers 2-3 business days after processingIf your order is over $120, we do require Signature Confirmation.
International Shipping
International purchasers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost paid at the time of purchase to Ntves.
Processing Time
Although we ship orders as promptly as we can, order processing time can take up to 2-3 business days, especially during busy seasons.
RETURN POLICIES
Return Requests
If you believe there is a problem with the NTVES product, please email info@ntves.com, and we will respond promptly.
All returns or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery. We may pay for return shipment costs on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after a satisfactory inspection of the item(s) has been performed. Please include original packaging with your return or exchange.
LOST/STOLEN
NTVES is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For domestic orders, if you never received your package and your tracking number indicates a delivery was successfully made, please contact your local post office or UPS store with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will further assist you. Please double check your address details before submitting your order.
